I started out enjoying the book a lot. The action was suspenseful, the story and characters unique, and the romance was great. It was a fun read. But then the last few chapters seemed thrown together. And I just didn't enjoy the ending enough to want to read any sequels. I gave it an above average rating because for the most part is was a great story.

I've always been a huge fan of all of Melissa De la Cruz' novels and this one did not disappoint. It had adventure, magic, dragons, and a nice dash of romance. I am really looking forward to the next book in the series!

K'ay,

First, it's Nat, not Cass.

And second, this book is now for sale at costco, just in case any of you want to buy it.

"They were coming for her. Their footsteps echoed in the concrete hallway. In a way the sound was a relief. For days upon days she had been left in total silence, alone, with little food or water."

a great beginning to FROZEN a novel by Melissa De La Cruz
