The Dual Special Needs Plan is a plan funded by the federal government since 2003 to provide individuals who hold both a Medicare and Medicaid card with insurance coverage that is zero premium and zero copay. Benefits include transportation to medical appointments, monthly personal items benefit, dental, hearing aids, vision, and more.
