Begin the New Year with a fresh start. Bring joy, peace and relaxation into your daily life.
Join Ajili Hodari, Esq long time meditator and national speaker, as he teaches how meditation evokes a deeper state of relaxation and more peace within. 

He will present a powerful meditation technique that can enrich one’s life on all levels. The audience will have a chance to practice this simple meditation in a short exercise.
