Silver Kite Arts: Writing Fiction

Description

Ages 18 and older.
Taught by Pearl Klein.
Fictional characters live or spend their time in places that shape them, reflect and influence who they are, and support and move the plot along. Explore the role of setting in fiction by looking at some published examples, and doing writing exercises to explore the way settings can anchor and develop our stories.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Silver Kite Community Arts is offering daily online inter-generational workshops, talks, social hours and performances FREE for KCLS patrons. We hope that by offering these opportunities, we are providing stimulating creative engagement opportunities and social connection during this challenging time. These workshops last approximately one hour.
