Silver Kite Arts: Dementia-Friendly Watercolors

Description

Ages 18 and older.

Facilitated by Bobbi Kidder.

Explore basic watercolor techniques by exploring color and color mixing and creating an original painting of your own.

This workshop was designed and will be facilitated for persons with dementia and their care partners.

Everyone is welcome!

Supplies Needed

Watercolors
Brush
Cup of water
Pencil
Thick marker or Sharpie
Paper (watercolor paper is ideal but not necessary)

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Silver Kite Community Arts is offering daily online inter-generational workshops, talks, social hours and performances FREE for KCLS patrons. We hope that by offering these opportunities, we are providing stimulating creative engagement opportunities and social connections during this challenging time. These workshops last approximately one hour.
