Events › Rent Smart: Threats of Eviction and Your Rights as a Tenant

Presented by Solid Ground tenant Counselors.

Are you concerned that your landlord may try to kick you out? 

• Learn about local legal resources
• Find out how local city laws may impact your situation
• Learn about the State-wide Good Cause Eviction bill and how it impacts month-to-month tenancies
• Learn how to get an eviction off your tenant screening report

A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center will also be on hand to help with answering questions.
