Join author and Certified Holistic Health Coach Lisa Flowers for an online cooking demo as she shows you how to create a delicious holiday dinner that will satisfy everyone at your holiday table. Hearty and scrumptious, sweet and savory, come experience Plant-Based cooking as you've never seen it before!

Lisa Flowers is an avid foodie and self-trained chef who loves to explore new ways of thinking about food. Lisa is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and the author of Eat Your Vegetables, Bitches: Plant-Based Recipes for Foodies and Real Food: The Ultimate Medicine: Happiness: The Natural Side Effect.
