Considering Classics

Description

Ages 7 to 10 with adult.

Listen to a Children’s Librarian read aloud a “classic” book then lead a brief discussion before the group votes on whether we think it deserves to be considered a classic. 

This series will help children develop their critical thinking and social skills.

Registration required. You will be emailed a Zoom link an hour before the program.

  • October 23: Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
  • October 30:  Where the Wild Things Are
  • November 6:  Caps for Sale: A Tale of A Peddler, Some Monkeys and Their Monkey Business
  • November 13:  Tikki Tikki Tembo
  • November 20:  Bread and Jam for Frances
