Rent Smart: Evictions and Terminations

Presented by Solid Ground Tenant Counselors.

Are you being threatened by your landlord or property manager with eviction? How does one get evicted and what are the reasons and causes for an eviction? What is an unlawful detainer? How can I terminate my lease agreement? Learn more information on tenant’s rights when confronted with an eviction or termination of their tenancy. Join Solid Ground tenant counselors along with legal representatives to give insight on what your tenant’s rights are under the RLTA .

A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center will also be on hand to help with answering questions.
