Led by Marva Benjamin, this workshop is for those new to yoga, or for those that want a slower more gentle practice.
It incorporates coordinating breath with flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well slower movements in order to focus on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.
Yoga mat or a rug that doesn’t slide
