Mason Bees with Lisa Taylor

Description

Learn about Mason Bees with local gardening expert Lisa Taylor. Join the worldwide effort to save the bees by making them a house from common household items.

Supplies Needed

  • 1 empty water bottle – 16 oz size
  • 20-26 pieces of paper cut to 5 ½” X 8” (a half sheet of 8 ½ X 11 paper)
  • 1 new pencil (not sharpened)
  • Scotch or masking tape
  • Scissors
  • Dry soil or clay and a bit of water
  • A small dish to mix mud
  • Yarn, string or thin wire for mounting bee house outside
