Events › Kids and Teen Talk Time (Study Zone)

Teen volunteers lead casual activities to help students in grades K-5 and 6-12 practice English conversation. All students are welcome to participate.

Registration not required. Drop in during open hours.

Mondays: Escape Rooms

Tuesdays: Group Doodle

Wednesdays: Comics Arts

Thursdays: Pictionary

Connect to Zoom using your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Click on the 'Connect to Reading Buddies and Kids and Teen Talk Time' box and then click the 'Join Zoom meeting' link. For grades K-5, request 'Kids Talk Time'. For grades 6-12, request 'Teen Talk Time'.

Study Zone

Study Zone provides academic support programs in Zoom format. Additional services include volunteer tutors, math support, ESL/ELL conversation practice.

Study Zone sessions are supervised by library staff. Visit Study Zone for the Terms of Use Agreement and steps KCLS is taking to maintain a safe and positive online space.
