Are you having repair issues in your rental dwelling and don’t know if you or your landlord is responsible for remedying the issue? What exactly are your rights as a tenant and what are the duties of the landlord? 

Learn how to request a repair issue in your dwelling and find out what the landlord’s duties are under the Residential Landlord Tenant Act.

Presented by Solid Ground Tenant Counselors. A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center will also be on hand to help with answering questions.
