Rent Smart: Looking for Housing Basics

Description

Learn the basics of a housing search, including where to search, tenant screening, best tips for finding a rental, tax credit, and overcoming rental barriers such as a criminal history and a record of evictions.

Presented by Solid Ground Tenant Counselors. A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center will also be on hand to help with answering questions.
