Regardless of where you are in life, decisions and commitments will be easier if you know what currently motivates you, what you believe in, and what your goals and dreams are. Whether you’re deciding on an educational pathway after high school or thinking about career options, this interactive workshop will help you clarify your goals.
Learning Outcomes:

• Values: how to identify motivations and beliefs that fuel action
• Options: how to create a list of options
• Constraints: how to identify obstacles and constraints—and how to navigate around them
• Action Plan: how to create an effective action plan
• Exercises for envisioning values and future self
