Description
FD Cares will be on-site to offer resources to people who are unhoused. Get help with housing, mental health resources, vital sign checks, substance abuse resources and more.
FD Cares is a nurse and social worker team that help community members get connected to community resources.
Every Wednesday, December 6-January 10, 1-3pm
