Practicing tai chi regularly can improve balance and coordination, increase energy and stamina, reduce stress, and calm the mind. Come learn about the fundamental tai chi principles and basic tai chi movements.
All experience levels welcome. This workshop will involve active participation so please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
