Rent Smart: Mold and Your Rights as a Tenant

Description

Mold is a serious problem in the Pacific Northwest. Learn why it is a problem and how to treat and prevent it.

Learn to:

  • Recognize when a house has a mold problem.
  • Learn about the responsibilities of the owner to solve repair problems.
  • What you should do as a tenant.
  • What you can do if your landlord doesn't fix the problem.

A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center will also be on hand to help with answering questions.
