Join this interactive four-week workshop! Become conscious of how we are listening. Learn how to be present and silent. Discover how to validate, to understand and to connect more meaningfully with others. 

Listening is like breathing. We do it all the time, often unconscious about how the way we breathe/ listen is impacting our health and our relationships. Each week builds knowledge. Ideally, attendees can attend all four classes. There is homework and practice with other classmates between sessions. You will get to know new people in our community.
