Family Yoga for Ages 3 to 5

Description

Certified yoga instructor Neha from Soul Lumos will lead a yoga session that will incorporate stories and songs to capture young children's attention. Find mindfulness, creativity and body awareness through movement. The engaging, imaginative yoga poses are inspired by animals and nature to help young children develop motor skills, balance and coordination in a playful environment.

Ages 3 to 5 with adult.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and get ready to have some fun on the mat! 

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. A limited supply of yoga mats will be available to borrow.

Registration not required. Space is extremely limited. 

Tickets to the program will be available at the info desk 15 minutes before the start of the program.
