Family Yoga for Ages 6 to 9

Description

Certified yoga instructor Neha from Soul Lumos will lead interactive yoga flows that encourage imagination and self-expression, helping children explore movement while building strength and flexibility. She will also introduce fun activities that encourage mindfulness and simple breathing techniques, promoting focus, emotional regulation and relaxation in a playful manner.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and get ready to have some fun on the mat!

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. A limited supply of yoga mats will be available to borrow.

Registration not required. Space is extremely limited.

Tickets to the program will be available at the info desk 15 minutes before the start of the program.

Ages 6 to 9 welcome with their caregivers.
