Meet Derrick Dotson! He is a local author of the nationally best-selling children's book, The Police and Me.

Mr. Dotson’s experience as a former law enforcement officer, a use-of-force instructor and a dedicated father, is a testament to a commitment to foster safe interactions between children and law enforcement. He will read from his book and discuss his experiences.
