Volunteer tutors provide homework help for grades K-12. They can also give language support for homework or translation in many languages.
Students may drop in any time during Study Zone online hours.

Tutor Subjects Available: Subject and language availability may vary based on volunteer attendance. Unexpected absences or schedule changes can occur.
Grades K-5: All subjects are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Grades 7-12: These advanced subjects are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays:
Geometry, Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Accounting, General Science, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies/History, English/Writing, Study Skills, Computer/Tech Support

Study Zone
Study Zone programs provide volunteer-led academic support for grades K-12. Programs include Tutors, Math Club, Reading Buddies and Kids & Teens Talk Time. Available online and in libraries.
Online Study Zone programs are supervised by library staff. Visit Study Zone for the Terms of Use Agreement and steps KCLS is taking to maintain a safe and positive online space.
