This webinar will focus on overcoming the barriers that prevent tenants from being able to successfully get into rental housing.

Join Solid Ground tenant counselors to find out:

  • Information on discrimination and Fair Housing laws.
  • General information on tenant screening process and what can and what cannot be asked by landlord
  • How income source, credit history, and criminal records affect the application process.
  • General information on having an eviction record and how an Order of Limited Dissemination works.


 A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center may be available during presentations for general legal information. Legal aid resources are shared during the presentation as well.
