Death Cafe

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Renton

Description

An informal, gently facilitated gathering for those who wish to discuss and learn more about topics related to death and dying.

We live in a death-phobic society where these conversations are often avoided. We believe that by bringing the topic into the light, creating space for people to share their experiences, questions, and fears, we can increase awareness and personal agency, with the goal of reducing fear & suffering at the end of life – both for those who are leaving, and those who remain.

Light snacks will be provided.

This is a hybrid event -- attend at the library or join remotely via Zoom.

Please register to receive the Zoom link.
You will be emailed a link no later than two hours before the program start time.

Death Cafés are not structured grief support or counseling services.
