Description

Gentiva Hospice Presents: Navigating the End of Life with Confidence

We’ll talk about the key things to consider for yourself and your loved ones as you enter life’s final chapter. We’ll dig into each of these categories to help you get organized and prepared:

  • Plan: financial, legal, personal & medical paperwork
  • Communicate: with loved ones and those responsible for the final details
  • Downsize: purge, declutter, give, sell
  • Prepare: for unexpected life events (personal, financial, health)
  • Practice: acceptance, gratitude, impermanence.

Presenter: Mary Pope, RN Clinical Liaison. Contact: mary.pope@gentivahs.com, (mobile) 425-677-1623.

This is a hybrid event -- attend at the library or join remotely via Zoom.
