Take a deep breath, get comfortable, and slow down. In this gentle meditation workshop, Shunya Yoga and Meditation Wellness Center will guide you through simple practices to calm the mind, ease stress, and bring more focus and balance to your day.

You’ll explore breathing, mindfulness, and moments of stillness in a supportive, pressure-free space, and leave with easy tools to bring meditation into everyday life. No experience needed.

For adults 18 and older.

Please arrive early. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Though registration is not required, please register to receive event updates.
