Learn a combination of vinyasa and hatha style yoga that is alignment-based (joints are in agreement).
The poses flow together, while also being held long enough to breathe in them for a bit. We do level changes, long holds and sprinkle in some restorative poses. The goal is to provide a practice that is accessible to all through a variety of choices in yoga poses.
