CISC provides free, unbiased and confidential help to clients with Medicare , Applehealth , QHP , Medicaid enrollment details and health care choices.

This session provides an overview of how Medicare covers emergency and urgent care services, including hospital visits, ambulance services, and 911 situations. Participants will learn when to seek emergency care, coverage basics, and tips for managing medical emergencies.

There are several enrollment periods for Medicare, including Initial Enrollment Period, Open Enrollment Period, Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment period and Special Enrollment Period. You can sign up Medicare online at Social Security or contact your local social security office.
