Are you a senior looking to understand your tenant’s rights? Do you want to learn about fees and deposits and rent increase information for seniors in the community?

Join Solid Ground tenant counselors to learn:

  • Information on fees and deposits.
  • What are senior tenants’ responsibilities.
  • General information on rent increase and late fees.
  • Information on evictions in senior housing.

A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center may be available during presentations for general legal information. Legal aid resources are shared during the presentation as well.
