PSE Staff will be available to help you find out if you qualify for a monthly discount of 5% to 45% off your utility bill and a credit to your PSE account of $250 to $1000.

For assistance applying in person, bring:

• Your PSE account number or PSE utility bill

• The names and birthdates of all the adults and children living in your home

(proof of identification is not needed)

• Gross income for everyone 18 and older in your home (proof is not

needed)
