Hard to categorize this work - part biography, part cookbook, part how-to, part love story. As a foodie and part-time forager, I understand the joy of making a meal from items that I have found - in the fields, yards and undeveloped areas in my life. Not quite sure who to recommend this to ... but I kept reading to the end.

Such a neat book! Not a how-to book on urban foraging but a story of her adventures and life while foraging. I can't say that I will start searching my neighborhood for food but I thoroughly enjoyed the book.
