have tremendously enjoyed this series since PBS aired it several years ago. I try to wait at least 9 months in between binges. Snappy dialogue, terrific plots with just the right amount of gore. The women's characters seem true and unforced. The supporting guys are pretty good, too. Highly recommended for those who enjoy strong women in challenging circumstances, professional and personal.

This season starts with a Cliffhanger- a crime that is not solved right away. That is what kept me watching.

High stress job, family pressure, loss, fear of the future, and the burden of friends with troubles of their own--is it surprising that friendships fail? This season calls for binge watching.

Love having females as highest level commanders, detectives and female criminals - the entire gamut of casting. Made me reflect that I have never seen this before on television in the U.S.
