I picked this up on a whim as I am a fan of cozy mysteries. The title was interesting and I was unfamiliar with the author so thought I would try someone new.

The plot was simply ridiculous. I could not get into the story at all. I had my doubts in the first chapter as there was so much going on, and then at the end the plot became just ridiculous. Later I skipped ahead to the end just to see how it was resolved.

My overall impression was that while Mary may be a decent writer this book in her series is pretty loony. I would only recommend this to someone that had a lot of patience, could overlook extreme logical flaws
and was desperate for something to read.

You really can't take this series too seriously.
