I liked the book. Solid introduction with a list of foods which aid inflammation reduction. I especially liked the contribution of dr Jacobs with his 4R theory as a way to heal gut damage. The recipes are sensible and offer nothing new to people who have cooked natural healthy food for a while. Their value is more in learning to think in context of anti-inflammation. Nicely presented and good food for thought.

This is a very good and enlightening recipe book on what to eat/avoid to diminish inflammation in the body. Interesting!
