I tried the Chicken & Mushrooms in Mustard Marsala Cream Sauce. WONDERFUL!!!!!
pg 141, 142. I'll probably end up buying this cookbook. So many great recipes.

Got a number of very good recipes out of this book. Has a nice balanced approach, uses healthy ingredients to make delicious dishes. Not a diet book in any way - just good food.
