Add a CommentAlthough filmed in a nice studio environment, the actual workout was sub-par.
The guy who coached Kendra has some type of accent that I couldn't really understand, and the cueing while doing the exercise was poor. I also thought the banter between Kendra and the trainer was awkward.
Overall, I thought it was an unprofessionally conducted workout.
