A wildly colourful and delirious film, and the quick-slow-quick-slow in the tempo of its scenes make this film quite a rollercoaster. Its was surprising that it was so coherent in its plot - its major plot and its subplots are tied together and resolved. Although the scenes change and plot twists occur, the character remain rather stable, the major change happening to the Red Queen and the relationship with her sister.

This was the worst movie ever. I HATED every single part of it. This movie stole the characters from the book but the whole entire story is way different, not to mention that the movie's new plot just sucks. If the people that made this movie actually read the book then they'd know how the story goes and realize that this is the stupidest movie ever. I give this -0.5 stars.:( I expected more from this movie since it is based off of one of my favorite books.

Alice through the Looking Glass is a modern day version of the classic movie Alice in Wonderland. However, this time Alice has to find the Mad Hatter's family, before time runs out. I thought that this movie was really well produced, and the acting was also very well done. The graphics in this film were amazing, and each setting felt really life like. If I were to rate this movie, I would rate it a three out of five stars, for the plot and the events that took place. I think kids up to even adults could probably enjoy watching this movie with their family and friends.

I really enjoyed Depp's first Alice movie and looked forward to viewing this one. It is dreadful. The screenplay must have been written by someone on LSD. I couldn't stay interested and turned it off after about 30 minutes.

At the start she fusses about selling her house at a party? That's not even slightly to do with "Alice through the looking glass" or even "Alice in Wonderland".

As a fan of Mia Wasikowska, Johnny Depp, and the book "Through the Looking Glass" I had high hopes when I found this movie on the shelf at my local library. It was so dumb that I shut it off after thirty minutes. The only resemblance it bore to the book was in the principle characters. Really it is a stand alone story based on the writings of Lewis Carroll. The only thing I found enjoyable about it was the costuming. I would not recommend it to anyone who is not a pre-teen girl.

This would have been a great movie to watch in the cinemas. The scenery was stunning! The actors as always bought the characters to life beautifully, especially Sacha Baron Cohen! It was a delight to watch. Absoultely breathtaking.

Usually sequels suck, but not this one. It can't top the first one, but comes very close. There was not as much chemistry or spark between the Hatter and Alice, which was disappointing. I would have liked to have seen that friendship/romance gain a little momentum. Fortunately, the animal characters and all the rest were more developed and likeable. All in all a good film, worth watching several times.
