It is indeed inspiring, but I caution anyone over 40 from embarking on the program.
In this generation of young people who never experience anything beyond a graphic on their computer and a sprained thumb, I highly recommend you get out there and do some life. I fear for a lot of young persons as they have limited fortitude or knowledge in how to take care of themselves or others. If you live long enough life is going to throw you some hard punches. It is good if you already have been through some stuff and know what you are capable of. Physical training always results in mental training. God knows we could use more people with some mental toughness.
