Now that I've tried a couple recipes I feel I can say I've finished reading it, though obviously, I'm not really done.
But the recipes were easy to follow and the food was yummy, and there are so many good ideas.

A great book for cake recipes...or just staring at the pages and drooling.

Her gingerbread cake recipe has become a staple when I'm feeling lazy and want to make a sure-fire crowd pleaser

I liked this cookbook a lot. There are a lot of nice looking cake recipes and many of them are quite simple. Some of the recipes are a little more complex and I find that the icings she uses are really heavy. Other than that, its a great book.

Contains recipes for cakes, cookies, some breads, and a few savoury recipes.
