A disappointing romantic comedy on fringe characters who were undesirable guests attending a wedding. Instead of feeling for them and wished them better luck at the start, outside of the nanny, the script is nothing but of blank visages mouthing foolish lines in awkward skits. (And thank goodness they cut short the extended karaoke singing scenes in "Deleted Scenes" in Bonus features.)

Whooo boy, was I expecting more. This is HORRIBLE. Very contrived and badly acted.

This could have been better, but it's not terrible. The cast is good. The plot is pretty original. It has some nice moments, and I enjoyed the '80s music played by the wedding band. Table 19 is rated PG-13 for thematic elements, sexual content, drug use, language and some brief nudity.

Pretty lame for the most part, save for a scattered brilliant line delivered here and there.

I enjoyed this. It does start out a little slow but I got into it after a few minutes in. My boyfriend and I went back and forth saying, "nah, not really a rom-com," ..."ok, NOW it IS a rom-com," ... "see, not a rom-com," ... "oh, look, it is a rom-com afterall." So, there are elements of a rom-com but it's not your typical boy-meets girl scenario. It's more like a dram-rom-edy. Yeah, that's accurate: it's mostly drama with some funny parts and some romance. There's a few twists that I didn't see coming, which is always nice. Overall I liked it. My boyfriend thought it was ok... at least he sat through it, lol.

I tend to like movies with quirky odd characters but this movie was way too uneventful, slow and had a predictable corny ending.

I lasted about 10 minutes. No likeable characters.

This movie circles around the question of what it means to love someone. Very beautiful. And, as always, Anna Kendrick is just amazing!

Truly awful for such a stellar cast....but blissfully short.

I think I was just too old to really enjoy this. It was a good movie, but made for an audience that needs constant drama in their lives. I cannot believe how few cell phone were used during the actual movie as this is a story about the cell-phone-addicted, drama-addicted, instant-everything generation.

You know it is a stinker when there are only two quotes at IMDb for a film with notable actors. These on the nanny are not in IMDb yet:

Hollywood marriages bust up all the time because of the nanny.
Never doubt a nanny's intuition.
What kind of nanny are you?
