Another 90's kid here who was a big fan of the original series, and I enjoyed this reboot! It has a little more grown up, modern superhero film feel to it, with darker aesthetics, better character development and lack of spandex. There's still some humor and fun action, but without the cheese. I'd definitely watch it again. Look for the cameos!

This movie was okay, kinda weird at some parts.

Although predictable, angsty, and somewhat silly, 'Power Rangers' ultimately delivers messages of teamwork, courage, and sacrifice. It is a popcorn movie intended for a teenaged audience.

Good popcorn movie. As a kid raised in the 90's, some good nostalgia in this one. Dacre Montgomery and RJ Cyler were good. Bill Hader was annoying as Alpha 5, though.

A child of the 90s here. I grew up watching this and loving it. This movie was great and I especially loved the cameo in the end with Tommy and Kimberley.

In some ways this movie has really great moments that make you care for the characters and felt like a respectful reimagining of the Power Rangers Series. But some characters are not really enjoyable and lack depth (looking at you yellow ranger), the final boss is a let down, and it feels like it loses some of the original cheesy charm (it does have its own cheesy but its not really the same). If you like the first Power Rangers, you may find this movie more enjoyable than you think you should. I think its a serviceable action movie for even non fans too (though not really anything amazing). Also there is a pretty sweet cameo in it that Power Rangers fans should enjoy.

A fun throwback to our childhood show. The target audience is a bit younger than that of the original power rangers generation of fans, but I still enjoyed it. Angsty teens abound!

As someone who has watched power ranger tv shows, this was amazing! I also noticed great cameos!!!! Fight scenes were exciting, and the "morphin" wasn't as cheesy as the tv shows, so that was a relief! The villain may be too scary for younger kids. 5 out of 5

Predictable, but enjoyable.

The actors were atrocious both the Power Rangers and Rita. Don't waste your time watching this, stick with the cartoons.

Frightening or Intense Scenes: Rita is kinda creepy not for young children.

Zordon: These are them? They are so small.

Alpha 5: Funny, I said the same thing.

Zordon: You mean to tell me that the fate of the universe, is placed in the hands of these children?

Zack Taylor: The universe? That's a big place.

Alpha 5: They're teenagers, somewhere between infancy and full maturity. It's hard to explain, really.

Also, suggest to visit the trivia pages with some really eye openers on the film and its anthropology.
