As previous comment - this book is not to teach you the TM practice. It IS however about the studies of TM and the benefits of using TM. You learn through a TM teacher and perhaps will never need to know the in-depth studies this book details.

TM is experiential - I've been doing it for 'years' and this book is not for me; read if you are interested in the scientific rather than 'case' studies!

If you want to learn specific technniques about TM this book is not for you. This book just offer us an outlook about TM and how beneficial it will be in your life. I wasted my time Reading this "promotional" book.
