It was nice to have the Fantastic Four be acknowledged again, even if only the 3 male members (Reed, Johnny, and Ben) were in the story! It'd help if you knew the origin ahead of time, because it's barely touched upon in this novel.

Where can I find out why the Hulk had Banner's brain, or why Rhodey was wearing the Iron Man armor instead of Tony Stark.

Until I read this book, I didn't know Xavier's greatest wish was to be able to walk again.

Yes, Ben Grimm does want to be normal again. But not when he's fighting a villain! Both the Hulk and She-Hulk could use their strength, but the Thing kept reverting to human form before he could use his. Must've been extremely frustrating!

If you've read the original Secret Wars maxi-series, all of the main events take place in here. There are some minor changes though.

The author doesn't seem to understand/know the full dynamics of Ben and Alicia's relationship.

Some parts were well-written, some parts weren't. Would've been nice if there had been an epilogue, better explaining what the heroes were up to prior to being kidnapped.

Can the X-Men, Spider-Man, the Avengers, three Fantastic Four members, and the Avengers get along at some point?
