What a tribute to such a great blues man, the late John Lee Hooker! These 5 cd's. yes I said 5 cd's could just blow your speakers out. I grew up living next to San Carlos, California, where John Lee Hooker lived most of his life. We heard him at the Fillmore Auditorium and blues clubs in San Francisco. Later he even opened his own San Francisco nightclub. Always dressed in black with full suit and bowler hat, that man was so original. His voice so deep that it sounds like a growl at times. He was always wearing sunglasses, before anyone thought it cool. Oh how I love these five cd's!
