What an absolutely unique, yet user-friendly, cooking book. Props to Christopher and crew for some unusual flavors and meticulous recipe instructions; images of every recipe really give confidence to the home cook. This vessel contains foodstuffs you will see nowhere else. International flavors are the feature here. Five stars!
