Illeana Scott is a special agent with the FBI, who has a strong record as a criminal profiler. Scott is called in by a former Quantico colleague to assist two Canadian police detectives, Paquette and Duval, who are on the trail of a serial killer who has been killing in and around Montreal for almost two decades. Art gallery owner James Costa saw the killer during an assault, and now finds himself working as a decoy for Scott. As Scott and Costa follow the killer's trail, they find themselves becoming attracted to one another, which is not a comfort to Scott.

I am disappointed with this movie. With such an excellent cast I expected this to be better than it was. I have seen Sutherland, Hawke, Martinez, Rowland and Jolie in some powerful roles, but not in this movie. Unfortunately, the cast’s potential was just not utilized. I also think it was poorly edited causing it to come across as a bit disorganised. If the director was not in on the editing, maybe he should have been. I didn't like the editing.
The segues were almost nonexistent causing the plot or story to be kind of disjointed; unclear. The ending was not a surprise but was unexpected. maybe the best part of the movie.
So, I would recommend that if you want to see a little bit of beautiful scenery, short car races, lots of bloody bodies, Jolie's bare breasts, or hear Martinez’s sexy accent, this show might interest you.

I really enjoyed this thriller! It had a few good twists, and I love the scenery (the film is set in Montreal, but it was actually filmed in Quebec City).
