The ACT is required by more four-year colleges than any other admissions test. The Real Act Prep Guide is the only book with real, full-length ACT tests for practice. It replaces the ACT's own Getting into the ACT and provides a perfect combination of previously administered ACT tests, test-taking strategies, and subject review-all from the makers of the ACT. This is high-quality test prep in an easy-to-use format that is simple to follow. The high-quality practice allows students to bone up on trouble spots, prepare for the new optional writing test scheduled to debut in February 2005, and gain confidence because they know what to expect on test day.

This book doesn't provide ACT strategies or help so much as it provides practice tests. It consists of a short ACT analysis and help section followed by 5 realistic ACT tests and answers + explanations, which make up 90% of the book.

This is a very helpful book if you are someone who is in high school going to take their ACT for the first time and even those who want to start their ACT'S earlier than required. I would recommend this book to anyone grades 9th-12th and need extra ACT help in math, science, and reading I hope this comment helped a bit.
