A great start for those eating a SAD (Standard American Diet). Definately a step in the right direction.

However, as a vegan I found that the auther doesn't know much about how our bodies work and what we're meant to process. There is some basic knowledge there, but it can not compare to Dr. Douglas Grahams book "80/10/10"
