This book is a good introduction to nutrition for an athletic lifestyle. While I agree with the main points, I found it to be a fairly dry read. Still, the information is valuable for anyone starting running or starting to understand nutrition. For a more concise and motivational writing style, I recommend Racing Weight by Matt Fitzgerald.
